HDi Clamp 2018 Collections
The HDi Clamp is made of T-6061 lightweight aluminum (Stainless and titanium can be ordered)
It is a high-pressure air or liquid conduit joiner that has an impressive 750psi busting pressure and in some applications the operating pressure of up to 450psi. It is designed to withstand operating temperatures of over 250 degree C (While using special Orings). It has a double O-rings grooved sleeve (not one on each side !) providing robust sealing and 360-degree free rotation connection angle offering reliability and flexibility.
It is designed with a smooth internal connection to minimize flow disruption.
Easy self-locking design outer ring providing maximum pressure holding against incidental unlocking due to vibration and another close by moving parts.
The HD i Clamp is a very smart yet patented and awards winning design. It doesn't not need hinges, no external locking parts, no fasteners needed therefore nothing will get loose or lost. Moreover, unlike many Wiggins variations that The HD i Clamp does not need to use the union joint which makes it much easier to connect together in extreme hot and oily situation!
The HDi Clamp is also with another intelligent property against vibration the more pressure applied to it the higher vibration resistance.
The HDi clamp is suitable for intercooler piping, cold air intakes, turbo piping or custom air and liquid applications both high and extreme performance applications.
